Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking ground beef)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/3 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbles
- 4 slices American cheese
- 12 egg roll wraps
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 tsp olive oil (for brushing egg rolls)
Dipping Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/3 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Make the Dipping Sauce:
- Mix mayo, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator while preparing the cheeseburger egg rolls.
Make the Egg Roll Filling:
- Cook ground beef, onions, and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and onions are soft (about 10 minutes).
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, pickles, bacon, and cheese.
- Stir until well blended and cheese has melted. Simmer for about 3 minutes until the filling thickens. Remove from heat.
Air Fryer Cooking:
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat; moisten edges with cold water.
- Add 2 tbsp of the beef mixture to the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the beef, then fold the outer left and right edges in, and roll up the egg roll.
- Brush the outside with olive oil.

- Place egg rolls in a single layer in the air fryer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until brown and crispy.
