  • – 2 cups Dry Pasta

    – 2 tsp Salt

    – 2 tbsp Melted Butter

    – 1/4 cup Sour Cream

    – 2 cups Half and Half

    – 4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

    – 3 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese


  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Cook the pasta according to package directions, adding 2 tsp of salt to the water. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
  • Mix in melted butter and sour cream until the pasta is fully coated.
  • Add 2 cups of cheddar cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella to the pasta, mixing until well combined.
  • Grease a baking dish and layer half of the noodles. Top with 1 cup cheddar cheese and 1 cup mozzarella. Pour 1 cup of half and half over the layers.
  • Add the remaining noodles to the dish and top with the remaining cheeses. Pour the remaining half and half over the top. Optionally, sprinkle a little paprika for color.
  • Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until the macaroni is golden brown. Check for doneness by ensuring there's no visible half and half in the dish when testing a corner.
