Creamy Baked Macaroni and Cheese
- – 2 cups Dry Pasta
– 2 tsp Salt
– 2 tbsp Melted Butter
– 1/4 cup Sour Cream
– 2 cups Half and Half
– 4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
– 3 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the pasta according to package directions, adding 2 tsp of salt to the water. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
- Mix in melted butter and sour cream until the pasta is fully coated.
- Add 2 cups of cheddar cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella to the pasta, mixing until well combined.
- Grease a baking dish and layer half of the noodles. Top with 1 cup cheddar cheese and 1 cup mozzarella. Pour 1 cup of half and half over the layers.
