Ingredients:
Salmon Sticks:

  • 1 lb (450g) skinless salmon fillets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Old Bay Blue Cheese Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut salmon fillets into thin strips resembling fish sticks.
  2. In a dish, mix flour, lemon pepper seasoning, and salt.
  3. Dip each salmon strip in beaten eggs, ensuring full coating.
  4. Roll the egg-coated strip in seasoned flour, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Heat 2 inches of vegetable oil in a pan. Add salmon strips, frying for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway.
  6. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
