- 1 lb (450g) skinless salmon fillets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- Vegetable oil for frying

- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Cut salmon fillets into thin strips resembling fish sticks.
- In a dish, mix flour, lemon pepper seasoning, and salt.
- Dip each salmon strip in beaten eggs, ensuring full coating.
- Roll the egg-coated strip in seasoned flour, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat 2 inches of vegetable oil in a pan. Add salmon strips, frying for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway.
- Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

- In a bowl, combine crumbled blue cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and black pepper.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
