  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • Additional butter for cooking

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, and salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth and bubbles form on top, about 30 seconds.
  2. Let the batter sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before cooking.
  3. Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of butter to coat the surface.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the skillet and swirl to spread evenly. Cook for 30 seconds and flip. Cook for another 10 seconds and remove from the skillet.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter as needed.
  6. Serve crepes warm with your choice of fillings.
