Pork Chops Marinade (Suitable for Freezing)

All-Purpose Marinade:

  • 2 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Teriyaki Marinade:

  • 2 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Italian Balsamic Marinade:

  • 2 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1.5 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Steakhouse Marinade:

  • 2 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Montreal Steak Seasoning

BBQ Marinade:

  • 2 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • 2 teaspoons BBQ seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Garlic & Herb Marinade:

  • 2 pork chops
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a small dish.
  2. Place pork chops in a shallow glass or plastic container or bag, and pour the marinade over them, ensuring even coating on all sides.
  3. Refrigerate and marinate pork chops for 2-18 hours, or freeze them in the marinade for up to 3 months in a sealed bag or container.
