All-Purpose Marinade:
- 2 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Teriyaki Marinade:
- 2 pork chops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
Italian Balsamic Marinade:
- 2 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1.5 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Steakhouse Marinade:
- 2 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Montreal Steak Seasoning
BBQ Marinade:
- 2 pork chops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 2 teaspoons BBQ seasoning
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Garlic & Herb Marinade:
- 2 pork chops
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Mix all marinade ingredients in a small dish.
- Place pork chops in a shallow glass or plastic container or bag, and pour the marinade over them, ensuring even coating on all sides.
- Refrigerate and marinate pork chops for 2-18 hours, or freeze them in the marinade for up to 3 months in a sealed bag or container.
