Ingredients

  • • 1 lb elbow macaroni

    • 2 lbs ground beef

    • 1 finely chopped onion

    • 3 cloves minced garlic

    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

    • 2 cans (15 oz each) tomato sauce

    • 2 cans (14.5 oz each) petit diced tomatoes

    • 1 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning

    • 2 tsp salt

    • 1/2 tsp black pepper

    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Boil a large pot of water. Cook macaroni for 3 minutes less than the box directions, then drain.
  • Heat a large skillet over high heat. Brown ground beef and onions for 6-7 minutes, breaking apart the beef. Drain any fat.
  • Stir in garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes. Mix well.
  • Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Adjust to taste.
  • Combine cooked macaroni and cheddar cheese. If your skillet is oven-safe, bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly. If not, transfer to a casserole dish before baking.

Notes

• Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for 3 months.
• Reheat in the microwave on 80% power in 30-second increments.
