Seafood Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- – 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter
- – 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- – 1/4 cup finely diced onion
- – 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- – 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- – 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- – 1/2 tablespoon paprika
- – 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
- – 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- – 1 chicken bouillon cube
- – 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions:
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add minced garlic and diced onion, cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in Old Bay seasoning, brown sugar, paprika, lemon pepper, red pepper flakes, chili powder, and oregano. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
