Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 packet taco seasoning
1 packet ranch dressing mix
15 oz dark kidney beans, drained and rinsed
15 oz pinto beans, drained and rinsed
14.5 oz diced tomatoes with chiles
2 cups corn
2 cups beef broth
28 oz crushed tomatoes
Instructions:
1. In a large Dutch oven over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned. Stir in the taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix until well combined. 2. Add the kidney beans, pinto beans, diced tomatoes, corn, beef broth, and crushed tomatoes. Stir everything together. 3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
