For those who like strawberry pop tarts, you should really try this ASAP. This is a strawberry pop tart cobbler. Easy, fun to make, & cheap too. Plus if you have children, they’ll love it.

Ingredients:


1 large container strawberries
2 cans of strawberry filling
2 packages of roll & bake pie crust
Powdered sugar
Milk
Small container of sprinkles
*This can be made into a blueberry pop tart cobbler. Just replace the strawberry filling with blueberry filling & the strawberries with blueberries.

directions:

  1. Preheat your oven according to the pie crust package instructions.
  2. Slice the strawberries and mix them with the strawberry filling in a large bowl.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and place one layer in the bottom of your baking dish.
  4. Pour the strawberry mixture over the bottom crust.
  5. Top with the second pie crust layer, sealing the edges.
  6. Bake according to the pie crust package instructions until golden brown.
  7. While the cobbler is baking, mix powdered sugar and milk to create a glaze.
  8. Once baked, drizzle the glaze over the cobbler and add sprinkles.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
